Beaver Creek, Chateau Terrace 1401 4 bedrooms/den/4.5 bathrooms approximately 3,000 sq ft complete remodel, custom furniture and fabric design package LHID was tasked with creating a European mountain elegant home for these owners. From an architectural standpoint, the remodel included an extensive lighting remodel to enhance a very impressive art package, as well as custom built-ins in the living room and Master Bedroom to allow for a better use of space. A complete audio/video package was installed throughout the home which enables the clients to control their entertainment needs at the touch of a button. Rich colors were incorporated into the custom fabricated window treatments to create a casual elegance that dominates this mountain home.
